Christmas delivery info
It’s our busiest time of year and as a small business we want to make sure we fulfil all of your orders.
Now, let's talk about dispatch dates and times for our potion kits.
Once your order is dispatched, it will be delivered via Royal Mail. Our standard shipping option is tracked 48 and can take 2 full working days from the date of dispatch.
You will receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched which will include a tracking number. Please check your spam and junk folders as you can change delivery date/add a safe place for the parcel to be left.
If you are not available to receive the delivery, Royal Mail will leave a calling card. You can use this card to rearrange the delivery or collect your package from your local sorting office.
At The Potion Lab, we want to ensure that you have a magical and enchanting Christmas experience. To make sure your orders arrive in time for the festivities, please take note of the following important dates:
Last Orders: The last day to place your Christmas orders is December 16th. After this date, we will not be able to guarantee delivery before Christmas.
Last Posting Day: Our last posting day before the holidays is December 17th. Please make sure to place your orders before this date to ensure they are dispatched in time.
Holiday Closure: We will be closed for the holidays for a period of 2 weeks starting from December 17th. During this time, our team will be taking a well-deserved break to spend time with their loved ones and recharge for the new year.
Order Issues: If you encounter any problems with your order during the holiday closure, please don't worry. We are committed to providing excellent customer service, and we will do our best to resolve any issues promptly. Please email info@thepotionlab.co.uk for any query.
