Dispatch Information

Hello, 

Firstly, thank you so much for your custom this year. It's been our best year yet!

• We dispatch our potions everyday Monday - Friday. Orders made after 12.00pm will be dispatched the following day. 
• Frog Froth Potion Kit, Rainbow, Christmas Wish and Lava Kits - £3.70
• If you are ordering a party pack or party bags please note this will take approx 1 week to make and dispatch form the date the order is made.

Orders over £75 - Free delivery apart from our Frog Froth Party Pack due to it's size and weight. 

• If there are birthdays before that please email me at info@thepotionlab.co.uk and I am sure we can make sure it arrives in time for your little one.
• You will get an email with your tracking information on when they are dispatched, please check your junk. 

Order Issues: If you encounter any problems with your order during the holiday closure, please don't worry. We are committed to providing excellent customer service, and we will do our best to resolve any issues promptly. Please email info@thepotionlab.co.uk for any query. 

Missing Parcels: We understand how frustrating it can be if your order does not arrive.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail, who operate a 10 working day delivery window. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days from the date of dispatch, it will be considered lost.

• After this period, you will be eligible for a full refund or replacement

• Please contact us at info@thepotionlab.co.uk with your order number so we can assist you promptly
