We dispatch our potions on Tuesdays and Saturdays so your order will dispatch the Tuesday or Saturday following your order. If orders are made after 2.30pm on Monday they will be dispatched with the Saturday orders. If you are ordering a party pack or party bag please note this will take approx 1 week to make and dispatch form the date the order is made.

Orders over £70 - Free delivery apart from our Frog Froth Party Pack due to it's size and weight. 

Once your order is dispatched, it will be delivered via Royal Mail. Our standard shipping option is tracked 48 and can take 2 full working days from the date of dispatch. 

You will receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched which will include a tracking number. Please check your spam and junk folders.

If you are not available to receive the delivery, Royal Mail will leave a calling card. You can use this card to rearrange the delivery or collect your package from your local sorting office.


Order Issues: If you encounter any problems with your order, please don't worry. We are committed to providing excellent customer service, and we will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.

If you are not in when Royal Mail call, they will send you an email/sms with information on what time and date they will be delivering the item, which you can use to rearrange a delivery or to collect from your local sorting office. Please check your spam/junk for these.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Refunds (if applicable)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We’ll ask you to return the item at the cost of £2.99 2nd class postage or if you want to pay extra for it to be signed £3.95. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the goods are inspected and cannot be sold to another customer we would not refund the full amount. If approved, once we have received the returned kit you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

If an item is damaged in transit, we will be happy to replace the product. We would need photo evidence of the issue and we will ensure that you receive replacements as soon as possible.  Please email with your order number and explain the issue.
